Boaters appreciate Ocean Marine's prime location 1/2 mile south of Mile Marker Zero on the Intracoastal Waterway, and its unrestricted access from sea. The Marina consists of 122 all-floating slips accommodating boats to 65' as well as 1500' of alongside dockage for larger (mega) yachts. All slips have water, telephone and cable television, and electricity hook-ups. Wireless Internet Service is also available. Restrooms, Showers, Laundry Room and Ships' Store are located in the Dockmaster Building.

Upon check in, you will receive a welcome package containing information about local shops, restaurants, pubs, museums and scheduled events on the downtown waterfront, and exclusive discounts and coupons to locally owned and operated restaurants and businesses just a short walk from the marina docks.

Pets: At Ocean Marine we welcome your pets, but do require them to be on a leash at all times. We have a large grassy area, which is perfect for walking and exercising your pet, located next to the marina. Please use the complimentary biodegradable bags to clean up after your pet. We always have fresh water bowls outside of the ship's store and love to meet the four-legged cruising partners. Stop in and say hello as we usually have a special treat for them!

Concierge Service: Please visit the ship's store for help and local knowledge. The staff is able to arrange tee times, rental vehicles, taxi transportation, restaurant recommendations/reservations, spa appointments, hotel accommodations, and much more! We aim to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable and have a wealth of resources to accomplish this.
