Note: There are two entrances to Ocean Marine Yacht Center. Follow directions from
your location (underlined and listed in alphabetical order) and then continue with the directions to the Marina/Dockmaster Building OR the Service/Parts/Dry Storage/Accounting Departments, whichever applies. For more information, call (757) 399-2920.
FROM CHESAPEAKE:
Take I-64 NORTH TO I-264 EAST toward Portsmouth
Take Exit 7B (last exit before Downtown Tunnel) to CRAWFORD STREET
TO MARINA/DOCKMASTER BUILDING:
Go Straight through Light and
Take Right onto Bart Street
Proceed through Traffic Circle taking right onto Crawford Street
Take first RIGHT onto Columbia Street
Do NOT turn left
Stay Straight and Right of Metered Parking Lot and Proceed Behind Parking Garage
Will Bring You to the Parking Lot of the Ocean Marine Dockmaster Building/Marina
TO SERVICE/PARTS/DRY STORAGE/ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENTS:
Take Right at Light onto Port Centre Parkway
Take Second Left onto Wavy Street
Proceed to the End of Wavy Street
Parking on Right
FROM NEWPORT NEWS/HAMPTON:
Take I-664 SOUTH through the Monitor Merrimac Bridge Tunnel
Take I-264 EAST into Portsmouth
Take Exit 7B (last exit before Downtown Tunnel) to CRAWFORD STREET
TO MARINA/DOCKMASTER BUILDING:
Go Straight through Light and
Take Right onto Bart Street
Proceed through Traffic Circle taking right onto Crawford Street
Take first RIGHT onto Columbia Street
Do NOT turn left
Stay Straight and Right of Metered Parking Lot and Proceed Behind Parking Garage
Will Bring You to the Parking Lot of the Ocean Marine Dockmaster Building/Marina
TO SERVICE/PARTS/DRY STORAGE/ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENTS:
Take Right at Light onto Port Centre Parkway
Take Second Left onto Wavy Street
Proceed to the End of Wavy Street
Parking on Right
FROM NORFOLK/VIRGINIA BEACH:
Follow I-264 WEST through the Downtown Tunnel to Portsmouth (stay in right lane)
Take FIRST EXIT IMMEDIATELY out of the Tunnel
Keep RIGHT as ramp splits following signs for Downtown Portsmouth
TO MARINA/DOCKMASTER BUILDING:
Go Straight through Light and
Take Right onto Bart Street
Proceed through Traffic Circle taking right onto Crawford Street
Take first RIGHT onto Columbia Street
Do NOT turn left
Stay Straight and Right of Metered Parking Lot and Proceed Behind Parking Garage
Will Bring You to the Parking Lot of the Ocean Marine Dockmaster Building/Marina
TO SERVICE/PARTS/DRY STORAGE/ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENTS:
Take Right at Light onto Port Centre Parkway
Take Second Left onto Wavy Street
Proceed to the End of Wavy Street
Parking on Right
FROM NORFOLK WATERSIDE FERRY:
Take the Passenger Ferry to the first stop in Portsmouth (HIGH STREET LANDING)
Walk South of High Street Landing on Portsmouth Seawall for about 3-4 Blocks
Ocean Marine Yacht Center is located at the end of the Seawall
FROM SUFFOLK:
Take Route 460 or Route 58 EAST
Continue on to I-264 EAST towards Portsmouth
Take Exit 7B (last exit before Downtown Tunnel) to CRAWFORD STREET
TO MARINA/DOCKMASTER BUILDING:
Go Straight through Light and
Take Right onto Bart Street
Proceed through Traffic Circle taking right onto Crawford Street
Take first RIGHT onto Columbia Street
Do NOT turn left

Follow I-64 EAST over Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel
To I-264 WEST (go through Downtown TunnelÜstay in right lane)
Take FIRST EXIT IMMEDIATELY out of the Tunnel
